Which dumbbell weight should I choose?
Most beginners start with an adjustable set up to 10 kg per hand. If you already train, go for 20 kg or more. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. We arrange a free pickup and refund you to your original payment method.
